The customer service people really care about what they do and care if they make it right. They stand behind their product and if it’s wrong they get it fixed. If someone complains, they ask them what’s wrong and then correct the problem. The competitors however have decent ratings but customer service is unknown. Lexmark printers without fail last for a very long time. These printers have been known to last for five plus years before they finally give out. What the user does after that is the amazing part, they go buy another Lexmark. They do this because they know they are getting what they pay for.
Overall you can go with a printer that costs the same as a Lexmark. You can get one of the other guy’s laser printers that have cheaper toner. What you have to admit, when it’s about toner , the price comes out to be about the same. When it comes right down to brass tacks, Lexmark has a product that they actually stand behind. The smart money is on what you know.
